Culture & Agriculture (ISSN 1048-4876) is a national peer-reviewed journal that has an interdisciplinary readership among anthropologists and archaeologists, as well as researchers and practitioners in related fields including sociology, agricultural economics, food studies, policy sciences, and diverse branches of farming and natural resource management. Central to the mission of C&A is work exploring the connections between environment, ecology, agriculture and aquacultural practices, fisheries, natural resources, food processing, and nutrition, as they relate to cultural dimensions of gender, class, property relations, and labor processes. C&A also welcomes contributions on matters related to sustainability and biodiversity. This mailing list is provided by the University of Texas for discussion of these topics.
