Hi Folks,
You would have to have some way to handle manure. For 30
Jersey cows, a small ground driven spreader, and a 25 horse
tractor to pull it, would be more than enough.
You would also need some kind of front end loader to load
manure.
Skid loaders are nice but any kind of small tractor with a
front end loader would be sufficient.
This equipment would be very cheap if you aren't picky about
age and looks.
"New" in equipment is no guarantee that it's going to run.
"Simple" is a better guarantee.
If simple is better, than that means older is better. That
all works out nice, as older is also cheaper.
