Don't worry, I was also confused to begin with.
On the very bottom of the page go to:
"To change your subscription (set options like
digest and delivery modes, get a reminder of your
password, or unsubscribe from Graze-l), enter your
subscription email address:"
then click on "edit options" big gray button after
you have typed your email address
and then you get to another page mentioned where
you ask for your password, then you would need to
click the button "email my password to me".
