Dear friends,
As many of you already know, we went out of the dairy business last
winter...actually, we quit farming altogether other than to cash rent the
farms. In one week (Nov. 21) we'll be having a machinery/equipment auction
here in southeast Iowa. This will include all tractors, tillage equipment,
miles of electric fencing supplies (we dismantled our entire intensive
grazing system this spring in order to row crop the ground), above ground
PVC cattle watering system, and many other miscellaneous items. If anyone
is interested in seeing the sale bill please contact me privately and I'll
be happy to send the file to you. If I knew how to post it on a website I'd
do that for you and just send the link to graze-l, but I'm not quite that
computer literate.

It's been a while!
Still enjoying reading the intermittent posts made to graze-l. I miss the
cows.
