I would appreciate anybodies  thoughts on linear measurement.
Do you or don't you use it and why?
How does it fit into your selection procedures?
Has anybody applied these principles to other stock besides 
cattle?  (sheep, goats)
I am asking for no other reason than I am curious about the subject.
