Good Afternoon List Friends,
Once in a while I get a question on which some of you may have
information. This comes from a former colleague in Alberta Agriculture:
"Hi Ross, thanks for your cud list mailings. Have you ever seen any
information relating the butter fat content of cow's milk to the
marbling ability of the calf?"
Can anyone comment or give a reference on research which may address the
question? I personally have seen no references to the subject.
