Good Afternoon List Friends,
This is a long and  pretty technical paper in the current "The
Scientist" online magazine. 

If protein folding is too technical for your tastes just hit the delete
button now!! 

Still I thought it might be of interest to anyone who is trying to
understand the prion diseases like CWD, BSE, CJD  vCJD and Scrapie.  The
paper also has a bibliography of 8 references, including e-links to 2 of
the papers.
