A group of farmers tried the same here without first getting sales 
contracts tied up.

The "big" company heard about it and made contracts will all the milk 
retail outlets in the area. The result was about six farmers lost 
about NZ$300,000 each.

I'm not saying don't do it, just cross all T's.
