Good Evening List Friends,
Here is a bit more about the conformation-dependent immunoassay (CDI)
that I posted earlier this week.

This time it is a press release from the the FASSTrack on line clipping
service of the Federation of Animal Science Societies.  They mention
that they expect,  "a test for live farm animals is also thought to be
about a year away", and that, "the test could eventually be used to
screen patients for the human form of mad cow disease."
