Greetings!

I recently found the Graze-l Grazing and
Pastoral Farming Discussion List. Looking
through the archives I found some discussion
on direct marketing of milk. Wondering if any
folks out there can offer comments or advise
to help? My family all farms in central IL.
where I grew up on a dairy farm, now I live
in GA. My brother is planning to get back
into dairy farming in IL. He plans a small
heard. I 'm suggesting he go grass fed,
organic, CSA on farm raw milk sales. Please
advise on any information that might help
with his attempt to farm as our grandfather
did in the modern farm economy.

Thanks,

Rich Hall
