FW, There's another aspect to the 'little guy' concern---yes, they come
here and 'scratch some Jerseys', yes, they're fascinated by the milking
process and want to participate, and yes, they don't want to get off the
tractor fender after you've taken them on a manure spreading expedition.
Then, some years later, they get to learn about the economics of that
'fun experience', and move quickly to a 'coat-and-tie' job. Any young,
new guys in your area that aren't financed by their parents?
