Due to the inevitable last-minute schedule changes, we have some openings 
for three-week mini-internships in 100% grass-fed cheesemaking and 
artisanal wood-fired baking.  Room, board and tuition in exchange for doing 
chores, etc.  The rooms are small but the board is pretty 
world-class.  We're about 1.5 hours from NYC.  Email if you're interested!
