I just used a Rotowiper on horse nettle (and other weeds) after grazing the
paddock closely with cows. Since I was able to get a height difference after
grazing, I think this treatment will help get rid of most of the weeds. I know
I will have to pass through them again, but every little bit helps. The best
part is knowing that I'm protecting the clovers with this method. I'll check
for progress tomorrow to see if I see wilting.
The Rotowiper worked wonderfully on the thistles last year and left me few to
tackle this year.
