As fate would have it, our otherwise booked-up internship program has a
hole in it during the weeks of July 25-Aug 11. If you know anyone who
might be interested in a 2 week exposure to 100% grass-fed artisanal
cheesemaking and baking rustic breads in a wood-fired oven, please ask them
to contact us.
The deal is: spartan room, excellent board, hands-on experience making
world-class raw-milk cheeses and breads, and the usual assortment of
graizer chores. The work day is long, but the people are nice, and you'll
leave here knowing with a very clearnotion of what it takes to make cheese
on the farm.

with disabilities. Vegetarians might not be happy with the meals here, but
there's always lots of bread and cheese....
