*** Maybe but who cares? I am much more interested in income per cow or per
foot of barn space or per whatever than I am in milk per whatever.
Better to look at housing cost vs income rather that pounds of milk vs
housing costs. In this area jersey milk is worth about 30% more than
Holstein milk per pound.
