Brad, Our experience here in NE NYS(a climate similar to yours) has led us
to focus on P and K soil levels to achieve adequately high energy levels.
We've achieved this, and now, instead of pasture samples that would read
28P, 67 NEL, we get 28P and 78 NEL. Milk production remains high, but
components,reproductive efficiency, and body condition are much better. Hope
