It works very well for about 3 years here, then petters out the 4th year and
gone by 5.  If you're looking for a permanent forage, this isn't it.  If
you're looking for a lamb finishing pasture that you wouldn't mind
renovating it might work well for you. Judging by the sheep and cattle
reactions it's pretty tasty stuff. . .
