> We live in an area that is as good as any in the world to dairy in.

*** You live in my old stomping grounds. I considered farming in the Western
part of Oregon along with several other areas. None can compair with the
upper mid west when considering CWT COP, income over feed costs ROI and
other dairy related considerations.

  I
> would say We could easily grow corn silage as well.

*** Well of course you can. Lots of people do. That wasn't the question or
the subject of your statement or my reply.

> Have you checked the US-NZ exchange rate lately?

*** Being a citizen of New Zealand and my family traveles there regularly
with another trip planned for July I keep up with the exchange rate and
other considerations.

> We are doing very well without CS.

*** I don't doubt or debate that at all. There is of course no question
what-so-ever that one can do very well without CS or many selected inputs.
