Hi,
You guys think this is a little bit funny, but it ain't.
We have a pretty fair sized business here with the produce auction. We have
3300 people registered to buy or sell. If I allow it, one of them will call
me every few seconds on auction days. This starts at 5 am. This is no joke
as it takes all the pleasure out of life and halts all useful work.
Most of them probably wouldn't call me if they had to go find a real phone.
I do not answer the phone, and the message system doesn't work as it is always
full.
Same thing, almost, with my wife who gets constant calls from attorneys but
they at least stick to business hours.
I hate cell phones.
That poem really hit home with me. I have it on the wall here at the produce
auction.
