If you have information that is different from what we saw in our area, then
let us know.
Even though you did not live in this area, you should have been following
the farm news back in the 1950's and on when we saw the rise of the NFO
(National Farmer's Organization) and things escalated until violence and
death occurred.
It is my viewpoint that this tragedy turned the tide against the NFO and
they were forced to back off from using force against others to try and get
their way. This is not unlike other events in U.S. History.
Do you not remember the NFO trying to block milk trucks from going to dairy
farms where the farmers who did not want to participate in the NFO actions
were targeted?
Do you not remember the parity "issue" which was probably THE big issue with
dairy farmers for years. It was frequently in the news. I would say
impossible to miss.
Remember, I am not necessarily supporting any of these views, only reporting
on the actual situation of the times.

This is inaccurate or confused, all of it.
