Goats are browsers first and grazers second. Cattle are grazers first
and browsers second. I can't readily imagine that cattle grazing info
translates well to browsers and vice versa.
When I had dairy goats (decades ago so adjust info accordingly) the
biggest problem with the milk was the lack of cream, meant that you
had to make kefir, or yoghurt or typical goat cheeses, no cream to
separate for other stuff. I can taste the goat in goat cheese and
don't like it much so never pursued it after 4-H.
Loved horse milk cheese though. <G>
