Hi all,
Hough a little off topic, I am asking this question of Jonathan & Nina as
cheese-makers or anyone else who might like to contribute -
Can cheese be made from any sort of milk? I am told that it cannot be made
from pig's milk because of the qualities of the milk - not because it is
hard to get or the volumes might be low <smile>
Hope you can help
Best regards,

Subject: [Graze-l] Re:grazing differences: cows vs. goats
Folks:
A young man who will be completing his internship here soon is going to
be running a small goat grazing operation. He's learned all he can from
me about grazing cattle, calving, milking and cheesemaking, and I'd like
to get your comments on what's different between grazing goats and
cattle, (beyond the ole' 2 versus 4, please!)
