Hi Walter,
Changed the focus from Mad Cow to the word "like", The list of potential
animal disease that could or might be spread from animal to animal or animal
to human would be rather long. Part of the animal and premises ID is to
track the spread or path of any potential disease. While small subsistance
operations marketing directly to consumer's may pose a smaller risk, it is
not zero risk, they are not immune from aimal disease and it's spread.
