Ann, In our part of Wash.Cty,NY. we've been spared the flooding you folks
are experiencing in Vt, but were we to get flooding, my main concern would
be the potential stray voltage wet electric fence would inflict on our
milking system and cow milking performance. I would shift back to our
confinement system and shut off the electric fence until the flooding
stopped and I could restore dry electric fences.
