Hi,

I'm thinking that you may have missed my point in my recent email, but I sure 
understand the anguish expressed above.

I believe that the milk marketing system in this country is broken.  In my 
opinion the law covering it is arbitritary and capricious.  It's my feeling 
that the situation may not respond to producer efforts directed through any 
existing organization.
