You ONLY pay tariffs when you exceed the generous quotas you're assigned.
For the amount prior to exceeding the quota, you pay NOTHING, zip, ZERO,
..........
You are being SUBSIDIZED by the US dairymen who pay their 15 cent checkoff.
All beef imported into the US pays the beef promotion checkoff including
beef from NZ.
So much for your claims that Kiwi dairymen are not SUBSIDIZED.....
