I don't think goats would have the supernatural powers to know, or would
intuitively know which plants might be poisonous. That's giving them a
little too much credit.
They would just eat what's handy and tasted OK.
But I doubt that we would have much success poisoning goats by turning them
loose in the woods. There would probably be a higher fatality rate from
Black Locust branches falling on the goats, than from browsing on the leaves.
Some people apparently feed large quantities of Black Locust leaves to goats:
