Not a milk barn - just a pole barn with a tackroom, wash stall(for
the wife's horses) and 7 inside bays that we'll eventually box in as
stalls, with a 5-bay shed on the backside for tractor & implement parking.
This drain system is unlikely to encounter much water flow, other
than also acting as a drain for water running off the sheet-metal
roof, and certainly not much in the way of chemicals, though I
suppose if she ever washes horsed in it, there may be some sweat and
manure that will be washed down the drain.
