Here are links to a couple of web pages for the CLA Network,  put up by 
Meristem Land and Science.  They tell of recent work by researchers 
studying Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA).  Both are current postings 
-Nov. 2, 2006.  Each page also has links to an archive of articles 
relating to the work of the CLA Network.

I got the links from an email from the CLA Insider, an email from the 
CLA Network, announcing:

Mark your calendars for May 8-10, 2007, for the CLA Summit conference, 
hosted by the CLA Network.

You can see from the titles of the web pages that there are some 
exciting things happening in the field of CLA research
