Hi Gene,
No doubt Maine's different from Wisconsin, but we find it easier to
direct market lamb than the beef. There is less competition from
supermarkets or other graziers. people who like lamb, really like
it, and are delighted to find a source of consistent quality. They
are also generally more affluent and insensitive to price.
