Hello - a client has a 4 year old Rocky Mountain "Wichita Blue" juniper
tree that is not filling out as expected. I have tried to research and
cannot find any reference to this particular cultivar and if it is OK for
zone 3b/4a. Does anyone have a resource that I can go to for this? I have
found other resources that indicate the species (J. scopulorum) may be OK,
but no reference to the specific cultivar. Any help would be most
appreciated.
