[Mastgar] phlox color change

FWIW, the Wisconsin Garden Journal for 2003 has for its August guidelines,
"...Keep phlox plants deadheaded.  Never let phlox go to seed if you want to
keep colors true."  This journal/calendar is put out by the Madison Area Master
Gardeners Association, so I assume it is trustworthy info.
