Hello;
I've received a question about the process of "stepping down" onion sets.
Specifically when it is best to do this. Also is it best to pinch off the
"seed/flowering head stem" so to force energy into the onion bulb? This
garden has heavy clay soil.
I've got no experience on this one, any thoughts are appreciated.
