Hi All,
Registration forms have been added for "The Good, the Bad and the Stinky" -
ornamental fruit on trees, shrubs and vines, training session in Morris the
afternoon of Hort. Nite, Thur. 7/29. It will be held in the all purpose room at
WCROC. I have been assured that there will not be any schedule conflict
between MG volunteers for Hort Nite and the session.

Good news for those of you seeking tree ID training!
Nancy Rose will be teaching Tree ID 101 Deciduous Trees, a 3 hr. session
on Sat. a.m. 9/18 from 9:30-12:30. Tree ID 102, the Long & Short of
Conifers will be Sat. 10/23 from 9:30-12:30.
There will not be other than passing reference to landscape use and the
focus is on genus and species, not necessarily cultivar. These classes will
be at the Arb and pretty much dress for the weather. Deciduous shrubs
will be taught next year.
Registration will open for those classes later. If there's no registration
form on the web, it's not open, yet.
That's it for now!
