[Mastgar] wasp nests wanted

From: Jeffrey Hahn (hahnx002_at_umn.edu)
Date: 09/02/04

Our apiculturist, Dr. Marla Spivak, is looking for a couple of wasp nests
to collect for the purpose of conducing a lab study. If you have a nest in
a tree, it must be accessible by ladder so the branch it is on can be cut
to remove the nest. An underground yellowjacket nest would also be
acceptable as long as it is in a spot that could be dug up to remove the
nest. Please let me know if you have any nests you would like to donate
and I will the pass the information on to Marla!
