If you are "organic" then contact nearby "haealth food" shops
Even if you are NOT "certified" organic, they might accept produce like eggs
which is claimed "99 %" organic, but just not certified to be 100 % so
as an earlier poster said, find out who else sells eggs into your area, and
what prices they charge etc
Dealing with large supermarket chains, is probably a last resort, small
"health food" shops or other "mom-and-pop" stores are better
but make sure you're paid promptly, some unscrupulous shops drive their
suppliers virtually bankrupt, by taking a lot of stock, but sending payments
seldom and very late
Remember you're in business to sell eggs, NOT act as their Bank providing
overdraft facilities
Backyard poultry and some eggs to locals is one thing, but be careful if
engaging in a larger commercial enterprise, don't go into tens of thousands
of dollars debt to massively increase your stock, if there's no market for
the eggs, at a price that makes you happy, in your local area
Factor in the cost of fuel/diesel/gasoline/petrol or transport-carriers
Remember the price of tv sets and computers will always be falling, and the
price of transportation and fuels etc will always rise !
