Writers,
Here are two pieces you might respond to from today's Daily:
1. Turkeyless feast expands off campus
http://www.mndaily.com/articles/2005/11/21/66258
This piece covered CAA's Thanksgiving feast from last Saturday. A short
letter thanking the Daily for coverage would be great! And, it would be
great too if the suffering turkeys face were mentioned!
2. Beyond turkeys, ban battery-cage eggs
http://www.mndaily.com/articles/2005/11/21/66253
I wrote about battery-cage eggs in my column for today. If someone wants to
follow up with this that would be great. If you want advice, ask me, and if
you want to write a piece mentioning CAA's new cage-free egg campaign let
me know too!

>From the Star Tribune:
3. Feedlot plans are awash with debate
http://www.startribune.com/stories/535/5738439.html
In response to this piece, one might mention the problem of factory farms
being so large and sustainability issues, not to mention the suffering they
entail.
