The article discusses Whole Foods new animal compassion standards and
the NY Times article contains a short list of some of the labels
applying to "humanely" raised animal products.
A good letter might acknowledge the trend away from factory farmed
products, mention the bottom line for nearly all these animals is the
slaughterhouse, and remind people that eating animal products is not
necessary in our diets.
